Independent Executor

We act as executor for your estate in the unfortunate event of demise to ensure that it is a compassionate and quick process for your beneficiaries. Our role includes the following

• Giving notice of the existence of the will to persons as suggested by the testator
• Giving notice of the existence of the will to persons as suggested by the testator
• Making arrangements for the reading of the Will​
• Obtaining letters of probate to facilitate distribution of the estate​
• Distributing the estate of the testator in accordance with the dictates of the Will​
• Ensuring that the assets of the testator are invested as intended​
• Ensuring that the conditions on how and when the assets should be used and distributed are adhered to.​
• Rendering account to co-executors (if any) and beneficiaries as required​ Any other incidental matters​.
