Founder & CEO
Gloria Kambedha is the Founder and CEO of Greenthos Capital. She has over 15 years of experience across financial services, investments, pensions, and asset management. Her work focuses on governance, succession, stewardship, and the long-term preservation of family and institutional capital. At Greenthos, she advises clients on ownership structures, investment oversight, philanthropy, and continuity planning. She is the author of Unscripted: Family, Wealth and Governance, a book exploring the human and structural realities of wealth continuity across generations.

Joanita Asiimwe
Trust and Governance Advisor
Joanita is an advocate of the high court of Uganda. She is credited for leading several ground-breaking efforts around access to justice, children’s rights and regulatory reforms. She is passionate about social justice and has been involved in fund raising activities for various charitable causes.

Amani Mose Mwambura
Client Service Associate
Mose Amani Mwambura supports client engagement, administrative coordination, and operational processes, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the efficient delivery of the firm’s services.
She brings experience in administrative support, financial record management, and client-facing operations. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Makerere University, building on a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere University Business School.

Edward is the managing partner/CEO of Pearl capital partners, a specialist agriculture investment firm. Edward has been in the accounting, finance, investment, and administration fields for well over 18 years and has developed experience in impact investing. He is a re-known expert in the agriculture impact investing space in East Africa.
