In November 2026, Greenthos Capital convenes a private roundtable for Ugandans living abroad who already hold assets, responsibilities, or family interests within Uganda.
The discussion is centred on a recurring challenge: how continuity is maintained when ownership, oversight, and decision-making operate across distance.
As capital grows across borders, informal systems become increasingly difficult to sustain. Execution weakens. Authority becomes unclear. Responsibilities are assumed rather than structured.
This roundtable creates space for a considered discussion on the governance realities that emerge when capital must function beyond physical presence.
Themes explored during the session include:
• Continuity across jurisdictions and distance
• Governance without dependence on proximity
• Decision-making across family and operating structures
• Administrative and execution risk
• Long-term stewardship of assets held across borders
The session is intentionally small and discussion-led.
